for People with Parkinson’s –

Who: Anyone with Parkinson’s. Singers and never-singers.

70% of People with Parkinson’s develop voice or voice-related issues

The Good News: singing is wonderful exercise

for strengthening or improving:

  • the vocal chords
  • breathing
  • swallowing
  • cognition

Where: St. Bede’s Episcopal Church, San Mateo Road, ½ block east of St. Francis

When: Thursdays, 11:00-12:15

Cost: $10/week (Care Partners free)

This is truly an exercise class as well as a singing group!
