for People with Parkinson’s —

and their Care Partners!

Who: Anyone with Parkinson’s. Singers and never-singers.

70% of People with Parkinson’s develop voice or voice-related issues

The Good News: singing is wonderful exercise

for strengthening or improving:

  • the vocal chords
  • breathing
  • swallowing
  • cognition

Where: St. John’s Methodist Church, Rand Chapel, 1200 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe

When: Thursdays, 10:30-11:45

Cost: $10/week (Care Partners free)

This is truly an exercise class as well as a singing group!
