St Bede's Episcopal Church, Santa Fe, NM

Each Sunday, we gratefully receive contributions in the form of cash, checks and payments toward annual
pledges. These contributions are acknowledged at the altar during the Offertory at the beginning of the
Holy Eucharist.

A percentage of these offerings are reserved in trust for outreach grants made to a variety of nonprofit
organizations in the Santa Fe community. These organizations are both faith-based and secular, and work
to benefit the disadvantaged and those in trouble.

Outreach Grants are awarded four times during the year with submission deadlines of February 1, May 1,
October 1 and December 1. We recommend that applications and accompanying documentation be
submitted electronically per instructions on the application form. If that is impossible they can be mailed
to the parish office address on the form. Applicants will be notified of the grants committee meeting at
which they will present their application and answer questions. Notification of the status of their grant will
be made within one week of that meeting and grant checks issued within a month. Thank you for your
work on behalf of the needy in our community.

Heavenly Father, whose blessed Son came not to be served
but to serve: Bless all who, following in his steps, give
themselves to the service of others; that with wisdom,
patience, and courage, they may minister in his Name to the
suffering, the friendless, and the needy; for the love of him
who laid down his life for us, your Son our Savior Jesus
Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
